Ethiopia Buku Sayisa Natural offers a full-bodied espresso experience with abundant juicy acidity reminiscent of ripe strawberries and grapefruit. Rich chocolate flavors are complemented by honey sweetness, leaving a lingering aftertaste that delights the palate.

This coffee originates from smallholders near the Buku Sayisa washing station in Ethiopia's Guji zone, specifically in the Hambela Wamena woreda. Around 450 producers deliver ripe cherries to the washing station, operated by SNAP, a specialty coffee producing and exporting company. These cherries come from landrace and locally selected varieties grown by local farmers.

The cherries undergo a natural processing method, enhancing sweetness and creating the full-bodied espresso shot characteristic of this coffee.
